Collection of Revenue


The Finance Department is responsible for the collection of revenues for:
  • Alarm permits
  • Animal licenses
  • Building permits
  • Business licenses
  • Metra parking permits and debit cards
  • Parking tickets
  • Water, sewer, and SWANCC bills
Payments are accepted in the form of cash, money order, check, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover). It is recommended that drop-box payments be in the form of check or money order.

Other Responsibilities


Other functions of the department include purchasing, payroll, accounts payable, billing, financial reporting, budgeting, and liability insurance.
