Residents with curbside collection, on regular scheduled service day, are allowed one (1) large item per week at no additional charge. These items are generally too large to fit into a 96-gallon cart but manageable to lift by a single person. Acceptable items include furniture, mattress or box spring, bicycles, lawn care equipment (without gasoline or fluids), plumbing fixtures (toilet bowl and tank need to be separated), empty grills (no charcoal, gas cylinders, etc.), swing sets (disassembled and no longer than 5 ft.). In lieu of a bulk item, four (4) rolls of bound carpeting is accepted as a bulk item, but rolls must be tied, less than 4 ft. long, less than 2 ft. in diameter and weigh no more than 45 lbs.
