Project Information
High Density Mineral Bond (HA5) was specifically engineered to preserve relatively new asphalt surfaces through denial of oxidative damage at the surface by UV rays and within small cracks and fissures created by moisture infiltration. Denying the negative effects of oxidative damage is generally recognized as one of the most cost-effective strategies for long term management of asphalt pavement. Application of the HA5 will require a curing time of up to 24 hours; the contractor will work with Public Works personnel and residents to allow for this curing in the most efficient way possible.
Project Limits: Hollywood Ridge Subdivision, Shadow Bend Subdivision, Stone and Anita Place, Police Department Parking Lot, Fire Station 23 & 42 Parking Lots, Public Works Parking Lot.
Project Schedule: TBD
