Per Chapter 8.60.035 of the Wheeling Village Code, persons under the age of twenty-one are subject to a fine up to five hundred dollars under this Chapter, of the Village of Wheeling for purchasing any tobacco product, or for misrepresenting their age for the purpose of purchasing or obtaining any tobacco product.
