One of the responsibilities of the Public Works Department is the administration of public improvements within the Village. The Department prepares the 5-year Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) and implements the plan by producing designs, plans and specifications and managing/performing construction inspections of capital improvement projects. The CIP, updated on an annual basis, addresses the Village's infrastructure needs.
