Project Information


This Project Includes:  Annual Village-wide Street Improvement Program provides for the resurfacing or, when necessary, the reconstruction of existing pavements according to a 5-year plan that is reevaluated and adjusted on an annual basis.  Streets are selected for improvement based on existing conditions and scheduling of cost effective rehabilitation strategies.

Project Limits: Tahoe Village, Lexington Commons, Dunhurst.

Project Updates

5.29.2020 - Storm sewer work in Lexington Subdivision and curb work in Tahoe Subdivision is expected to begin in the later part of next week, weather permitting. 

6.05.2020 -  The contractor, Builders Paving, LLC, will be mobilizing next week.  Minor storm sewer work is scheduled to start in Tahoe Village on Thursday, weather permitting.

6.12.2020 -  Curbs and other concrete work will start next week in Tahoe Subdivision, weather permitting. The contractor will remove the designated areas of deteriorated curb on one side of the street at a time, as to lessen the need for on street parking while the affected residents are out of their driveways for the next 4-7 days.

Storm sewer work on Sandra Lane and Linda Terrace is ongoing.

During construction, street parking will be allowed per posted signs.

6.18.2020 - Curb work in Tahoe Subdivision and Lexington Subdivision to continue, weather permitting.

6.26.2020 - Curb work in Dunhurst Subdivision to continue, weather permitting.  

Minor storm sewer work in Lexington Commons Subdivision and Tahoe Subdivision is scheduled the week of June 29th.  No parking signs will be removed in Lexington Commons Subdivision and Tahoe Subdivision early next week.  

7.02.2020 - Damaged concrete removal and replacement as well punch list items to be completed in Tahoe Village.  Storm sewer work in Lexington Commons is to commence.  Curb and storm sewer work to continue in Dunhurst.

7.10.2020 - Storm sewer work in Dunhurst is in ongoing.   Sidewalk installation and driveway work is to commence in Lexington Commons.  

7.17.2020 - 95% of concrete work in Lexington and in Dunhurst has been completed.  Next week, storm sewer work on Wayne Place and Bridget Place and asphalt driveway work in various locations is scheduled, weather permitting.

7.24.2020 - Driveway work in Lexington has been completed.  Driveway work in Tahoe Village is scheduled for next week, weather permitting.  Underground storm installation on Wayne Place is starting next week, weather permitting.

7.31.2020 - Storm sewer work at Wayne Place began this week, as well as asphalt driveway patching throughout all areas of the project. Next week, storm sewer on Wayne Place to continue, and asphalt grinding will take place within the Tahoe and Lexington subdivisions. 

8.7.2020 - Storm Sewer installation continued this week.  Next week, basin excavation is scheduled to begin.  Expect trucks along Longtree Drive to haul off the material.   

8.17.2020 - Asphalt paving to take place on Hopi Trail, Pueblo Trail, West Lodge and a small portion of Tahoe Circle Drive on Wednesday (8/19). Remainder of Tahoe Circle Dr. to be completed Thursday (8/20).

8.21.2020 - Paving completed in Tahoe Village and Lexington Commons.  Next week, pavement in Dunhurst with pavement markings and landscaping to follow.  

8.31.2020 - All paving work is completed. Pavement marking and landscaping to be completed this week.
