Temporary Food Establishments

Temporary food service establishments operate periodically throughout the year. The facilities are also issued permits and get inspected during the event. A temporary food service establishment operates at a fixed location for a period of time of not more than 14 consecutive days in conjunction with a single event or celebration. Every temporary food service establishment shall be inspected prior to the start of the operation.
