Project Information
This project funds the design, engineering, and construction of various physical improvements to parking, vehicular and pedestrian circulation, accessibility, signage and public enhancements to Wheeling Town Center as recommended in the yearlong analysis of improvements. This project will further advance Wheeling Town Center to provide and enhance visitor and resident experiences by adding improved signage, enhancing public gathering spaces with the intent to increase traffic to nearby events.
Project Location: This project is located at the Wheeling Town Center.
